David Anslow

Project Role: Partner

History: David worked with YRM Engineers starting in 1979 for 17 years, in the last 2 in the capacity of Managing Director, prior to joining Cundall, Johnston & Partners in 1997. David worked with Cundall Johnston & Partners LLP for 7 years and was an Equity Member managing the London Office before establishing TAP LLP in June 2004. David has been a project leader on a number of prestigious projects during his career including offices both new build, fit-out and refurbishment, hotels, and leisure.

Martin Barratt-Bentley

Project Role: Partner

History: Martin joined TAP as a partner responsible for client interface, marketing and project delivery. Martin has developed great expertise within the fit out arena and in particular working closely with financial institution clients. He worked on a seconded basis with JP MorganChase for 3 years overseeing projects across the EMEA region. He joined the practice from CJP where he worked as a Senior Associate.

Martin joined CJP in 1997 when he joined the practice from YRM Engineers. He has gained experience in the design and management of projects in both the public sector and private institutions. He has a wide range of expertise and has worked on several projects with leading architects such as Richard Rogers.

Cian Dowling

Project Role: Director

History: Cian graduated with BSc (Hons) in 1999. Cian worked with Cundall Johnston & Partners from February 2000 to December 2004 as a Mechanical Engineer he managed and designed a number of projects mainly in the financial sector and commercial office fit out sector.

Cian joined the TAP Team in January 2005 as Mechanical Engineering Manager, managing mechanical resource and overseeing projects. Cian has vast experience delivering and managing high quality, fast track projects in the financial sector.

Cian currently works as a Director of TAP Ireland, based in Dublin. Cian’s primary focus is to ensure that all projects delivered by the Dublin office are completed to a high standard within project timescales and budgets.
