TAP were employed to undertake the mechanical and electrical services design for relocation of the H&W computer room from the 19th floor to the 18th, construction of the new H&W areas on the 18th floor and the construction of the new tenant areas on the 19th floor. The CAT B fit out of 17,000ft2 net office space.

The project consisted of refurbishment of 18th floor office areas. It included the relocation of the computer room while the office remained operational. The Cat B fit out required the construction of a high specification meeting room suite inclusive of AV for video conferencing, plus the construction of a new pantry facility located adjacent to the meeting rooms. The team were to assess how the existing services could be relocated to the 18th floor to save on capital costs. This was achieved during the design process. The team carefully reviewed the best strategy to migrate the clients business from two floors onto one ,with the minimal disruption/capital costs.

Completion: 2011 – The client stopped the project after the design was completed
